Returns
Elliott Motor Sports requires a return merchandise authorization for all goods returned to be returned. Returns to Elliott Motor Sports will be refused unless they reference a valid RMA on the outside of the package. Customers' credit cards will be refunded within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
Only new, unused merchandise is eligible for return and the return request must be made within 10 days of shipment from our location. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Customer is responsible for all freight. In the event of a shipping error on Elliott Motor Sports part we will ship the proper item to the customer at no additional freight charge and will issue a call tag for the return of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, refund will be processed for the original shipment. |
